Capcom dished out hearty serving of screenshots from the upcoming Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 for PS Vita today, showing some awesome skull-cracking fights between our favorite Marvel superheroes and legendary Capcom video game characters. They also give us a look at some of the game's new features.
The new game takes all of the action from the original Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 and crams it into a bite-sized portable rendition of the game. Players will also have the ability to spruce up characters with new Gold Herald color schemes and check out new “replay” and “spectator” game modes that let us share and watch battles via PS Vita's WiFi connection.
Another feature we're looking forward to trying out is the ability to use our PS Vita to play Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom on a PS3 console. This is very similar to plans Nintendo has for their new WiiU and WiiPad combo, and it sounds like a great way to experience a handheld game at home.
If the screenshots aren't enough to hold you over until February 22nd (the game's release date) Capcom has also decided to tease us with the game's official box art. I have to admit, Hawkeye looks like he's ready to kick some ass.
